The program is available through my WeMove App. The app is downloadable through the App Store and Google Play Store. Sign up to create an account. Complete the onboarding form as prompted and your plan will appear on your dashboard.
You can either pay for the Bootcamp in full which is £120 or you can split the cost monthly into 3 payments of £40 which will be automatically billed each consecutive month for the duration of the bootcamp.
Yes! It's imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.
The Bootcamp is a 12 week course where you will receive 3 training phases broken down into phase 1, phase 2 and phase 3. We will start on phase 1 and then the subsequent phases will be released every 4 weeks as we progress.
Your own calories and macros based on your goals will be calculated and a specific meal plan will be sent to you. You will get the option to choose your intolerances so the nutrition plan can be tailored to your needs. As we progress through the phases your calories and macros will change based on your goal, so if you are on a loose weight programme for example, in phase 2 your calories will drop and then same again in phase 3 to ensure progress. If you are on a build programme, alternatively your calories will increase with each phase.
There is a check in system where you can check in every week where you will update new pictures, weight, measurements to keep track of your progress throughout the 12 weeks.
You will receive access to the Bootcamp Whatsapp community with all girls taking part in the bootcamp where we all support each other and share our wins! This will also be the means of communication with Sophie for any assistance and help on plan.
At the end of the Bootcamp you will be entered into a competition with the chance of winning £2,000 cash prize for the best transformation!
Yes the Bootcamp has a home option if you wish to complete your training from home! All you need is a pump barbell & dumbbells. You would need to select 'home' on the set up form. Yes the workout is beginner friendly! There will be video demonstrations and explanations for each exercise so it's easy for you to follow along. You will also have the support from the WeMove Community group chat where everyone is dedicated to supporting and helping one another, especially if you are a beginner and don't want to do it alone, this is a great option for you.
